This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (FPHS) status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims for itself & it's covered individuals. All locations provide free translation services for: non-English speaking patients, limited English speaking patients. All NMPHC Health clinics are deemed a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) facility.
