Valentine’s Day, 2000 saw the opening and further expansion of NMPHC and its services into the Booneville area. With an outstanding community college in town, NMPHC feels proud and honored to serve all the medical and mental health needs of the Booneville area.

CHARGER HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Opened in 2021, Charger Health and Wellness is a community health center providing medical, dental, and mental health care for the students, teachers, and staff of the Oxford School District district as well as children in the surrounding community.

CORINTH HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATES

Opened in 2005, Corinth Health Care Associates offers patients quality, low-cost healthcare to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.  We offer primary and preventive care, behavioral health services, wellness visits, immunizations, and so much more for patients of all ages.  Spanish speaking translators are available on site for non-English speaking patients.  Corinth Health Care Associates is a staple for our community.  Connected to our contract pharmacy, you will find quick and easy access to full healthcare services as well as the ability to pick up medications same day, right next door.

JAMES D. NUNNALLY CENTER FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXCELLENCE

Named in honor of our long-time CEO, Mr. James D. Nunnally, our training center was built in 2021, and it’s purpose is to provide adequate space for NMPHC staff to host important educational events and meetings.  We will also open the training center to community partners to host events in the future.

NEW ALBANY HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATES

Opened in 2016, New Albany Health Care Associates offers patients quality, low-cost healthcare to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.  We offer primary and preventive care, behavioral health services, wellness visits, immunizations, and so much more for patients of all ages.  Spanish speaking translators are available on site for non-English speaking patients.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center and sauna, located in Ashland, MS, is a no cost service for all NMPHC patients.  Simply ask one of our providers about utilizing this facility.

OXFORD HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATES

Our Oxford location was opened in 2019 and it’s central location in Oxford allows for easy access to patients from Lafayette County, as well as surrounding counties who are in need of discounted health care services.  OHCA offers primary and preventive care, dental services, and behavioral health services.  Spanish speaking translators are available on site for non-English speaking patients.

RIPLEY HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATES

In 1995 NMPHC and a local family doctor, Dr. Dwalia South, struck an agreement to begin offering all services at a site in Ripley. After 2 successful years of managing this facility, an agreement was made in 1997 to purchase the clinic site, open it in 1997, fully incorporate it into the NMPHC umbrella. Dr. South remains with the organization and, along with family nurse practitioner Lashundra Hall, continues to deliver the highest level of care for patients in the Ripley and surrounding areas.

Opened in 2007, Tishomingo Health Care Associates offers patients quality, low-cost healthcare to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer primary and preventive care, behavioral health services, wellness visits, immunizations, and so much more for patients of all ages.

WALNUT DENTAL CENTER

Walnut Dental Clinic provides patients with preventive and corrective dental care. We offer exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, crowns, and partials at a fraction of the cost.

WALNUT IMAGING CENTER

Walnut Imaging Center offers diagnostic mammograms using state-of-the-art imaging technology. Our comfortable facility and compassionate staff are eager to assist you. We offer financial assistance, so don’t delay due to your inability to pay.

Opening in 1991, through a federal grant opportunity, NMPHC expanded its offerings to the residents of Walnut in Tippah County. Our clinic here has grown and become a bedrock of quality healthcare in Walnut and its surrounding areas.
