Amy Gresham, Director of Quality and Risk Management, Jennifer Pierce, Chief Clinical Operations Officer, and Nichole Waldon, Director of Nursing are in Boston this week to attend the Azara Conference. Azara is a population health platform that our organization uses to assist us in obtaining quality data that is necessary in providing comprehensive, high quality healthcare to our patients. Storm Recovery Assistance Update – Union County
Thanks to the generosity of CREATE Foundation, Toyota Mississippi, NMPHC, and private donors, with facilitation by UNITE and other community partners, our storm recovery initiative has now distributed:
✔️ $42,900 in assistance checks
✔️ 286 Union County families served
At this time, available funds have been fully exhausted and the application link has been closed.
We are grateful for the community partners and donors who made this effort possible, and for the opportunity to provide timely, direct relief to our neighbors in need. Every dollar remained in Union County and was distributed with accountability and care.
